In the historical center of Noginsk along the banks of the Klyazma River, where until recently there was a real wasteland, a new recreation area has appeared - a well-maintained modern embankment, which has already become a favorite place for city residents to walk. 

 In 2020, the project won the All-Russian competition for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements

The entire embankment has sections of different character and functionality. As part of the first stage, the “Embankment of the 60th Anniversary of October” was transformed - the entry point to the network of routes along the embankment, connected with the walking route along the boulevard along the street. Dekabristov, as well as the Central Market Embankment - the entry point to the network of routes along the embankment integrated into the Central City Market.

The length of the landscaped area is 750 meters. As a result of the work carried out on the picturesque walking route along the Klyazma River, terraced board footpaths appeared, observation platforms were also equipped here, a wooden amphitheater appeared near the water, piers on the water, a children's play area, a new street lighting system, small architectural forms, car parking and the coast was strengthened with gabions and the territory was landscaped.
