Art object "Sundial"

The observation tower is made by analogy with the ancient Indian observatory called "Jantar Mantar", and is a combination of an observation deck and a sundial.

The stairway is the hand of the sundial, and the half-ring located perpendicularly represents the dial, on which divisions are applied. The shadow from the stairs falls on the half-ring of the dial and shows the time.

The design is made with high precision so that the time is displayed to the nearest minute.

The observation staircase is located due north, and should be in a clearing free from nearby trees so that no additional shadow is created on the clock.
