The project of the village of low-rise multi-apartment housing.
Territory area: 17 hectares.
Moscow region, Pavlovskaya Sloboda. Istrinsky district, 2013
The idea of the planned settlement "SKAZKA" is to organize a multi-apartment residential settlement with all the advantages of private houses. The architecture of the village is small, 3-4 floors, houses located on artificially created slopes of "hills". Such slopes will form private yards raised above ground level by 4-5 meters. Under the "hill" it is planned to arrange parking with the calculation of 1 parking lot per apartment.
Almost every apartment has its own entrance, a separate exit to a spacious terrace, a private fireplace and a barbecue on the terrace. In the planned architecture, several typologies will be developed to create the identity of each house. The slopes of the hills are covered with lawn, the houses are lined with wood and stone.
Much attention is paid to landscape design: streams in hilly terrain, stone arches and footbridges, gardens and parks, landscaping of the coastal public area.
A developed infrastructure is planned on the territory of the village: a children's center, a park, children's playgrounds located on the hills, shops, a bakery. The Sunday market, a well-maintained beach area, children's playgrounds, craft workshops, a children's center, an “eco farm”, a bath and spa complex will be publicly available.
Currently goingconstruction of the second stage.
